Fairways of Grand Beach is a beautifully renovated 5 bed, 2 bath home located in the charming village of Grand Beach, MI. This spacious house sits on a large lot high on a sand dune, offering stunning views of the 6th fairway and park area, just two blocks from the beautiful waves of Lake Michigan. Guests at this prime spot enjoy two large decks, a year-round 8-person hot tub, an 8-chair fire pit, and a four-person golf cart available in season (May through mid-Nov). The golf cart can be utilized on the 9-hole public golf course in the village and throughout the streets, making it one of the most desirable Grand Beach rentals. The property is set on a secluded street, providing a private retreat that is fully stocked for a wonderful stay, perfect for enjoying some downtime in the idyllic village of Grand Beach, MI, nestled in the heart of Michigan's Harbor Country.
The house, a 100-year-old cottage, underwent a complete update in 2021 while preserving the charm of its original structure. Guests are welcomed into a cozy environment featuring tongue and groove ceilings, original bead board on the first floor, and newly refinished original pine floors throughout. The 180-degree windows provide a picturesque view of the expansive wooded lot from the first floor.
Furnishings in the home are high-end and comfortable, primarily from Ethan Allen and Crate & Barrel. Custom knotty pine cabinets add to the cottage feel. All systems including heating, air conditioning, electric, water heater, roof, appliances, and TVs are new. The heating and air conditioning unit also features a bonus air scrubber that combats viruses. Additional amenities include 200mbps high-speed internet, 125 TV channels, a gas fireplace with remote start, and a Weber gas grill.
The spacious layout includes large rooms allowing guests to enjoy time together or spread out as desired. The kitchen is well-stocked, and a washer and dryer are conveniently on the premises. This house exudes a happy vibe; large rooms, high ceilings, and expansive spaces ensure guests will never feel cramped. The outdoor areas provide pure relaxation with comfortable chairs and an inviting setting. The fire pit area features 8 brand-new comfy Adirondack chairs, making it the perfect spot to unwind. You'll long to return after hearing the waves crashing and feeling the refreshing breezes off Lake Michigan, just a few blocks away in beautiful Southwest Michigan.

In addition, we have a basketball court, a tennis court, two pickleball courts, a volleyball court and playground. The village has a 9 hole golf course and rentable clubhouse 1/4 mile from the house.
